What our brand identity design services give you
Customers see you first, read you next and decide last. A strong brand identity carries all three moments with the same message: the color in your ad, the type on your website and the logo on your proposal tell one story. People trust what feels familiar. A brand that looks different everywhere has to introduce itself again at every touchpoint.
That is why our brand identity design services go beyond a single symbol. We define who your brand speaks to and what it promises, then turn that into a mark, colors, type and a visual identity. Then we put it all into one set of brand guidelines, so your team, your printer or any future agency uses your brand by the same rules.
When businesses come to us
- You are starting a new brand: you want to begin on the right foundation, from the name to the mark.
- You are preparing a launch: a new product, service or company should go live with its identity ready.
- You want a new image: your business has grown or your audience has changed, and today’s look no longer tells today’s story.
- Two companies are merging: you need to bring two brands under one roof, with a clear story for employees and customers.
- You look different on every channel: your website, social media accounts and printed materials look like separate brands.
- You are entering a new market: your name and visuals need to read right in another language and culture.
Wherever you stand, our first step is to agree on how your brand is seen today and where you want it to go.
What we deliver
We shape our brand identity design services around your needs. You can take everything below in one project or step by step.
Positioning, message and naming
We put in writing who your brand serves, how it differs from competitors and what it promises, and we define your tone of voice and core message. For a new brand, we develop name candidates and check their pronunciation, their meaning in your target languages and whether the domain and social media handles are available. For companies that want deeper brand strategy work, we add market and competitor research to the plan.
Logo, colors and typefaces
We design the primary logo, horizontal and stacked versions, a symbol-only version and a favicon, and we draw the mark so it reads at every size, from a browser tab to a building sign. We set your colors with screen and print codes (HEX, RGB, CMYK and Pantone) and test every pairing for contrast. We choose typefaces for readability, language support and license terms, and we set typography rules from headlines to footnotes.
Identity system and brand guidelines
Photo and illustration style, icons, patterns, spacing and grid rules make up the system, so your team reuses the same parts across new work. We collect correct and incorrect uses of the mark, color codes, typefaces, tone of voice and application examples in one guide, delivered as a PDF and a shareable link.
Web, social and print applications
We carry the identity into real use: your website interface, social media profile and post templates, ad templates, email signature, presentation template, business cards, letterhead and envelopes.
How we work
Every project follows the same six steps, and each step ends with something concrete for you to review. See how we work across every service.
- Discovery: we listen to you, your customers and your competitors, and clarify your goal, how you are seen today and what must be kept.
- Brand strategy: we gather positioning and message decisions in a one-page summary. Design starts once you approve it.
- Concepts: we present identity concepts in different directions, each with its reasoning and real examples: a website header, a social media profile and a business card.
- Refinement: we develop the direction you choose with your feedback; your quote states how many revision rounds are included.
- Guidelines and files: we document the approved identity and prepare every file in the right format for each use.
- Rollout: we carry the new identity into your website, social media accounts and printed materials, and you know in advance which channel changes on which day.
An identity built for digital channels
Here is what sets us apart: we plan from the start for where your brand will be seen most. Today, many customers first meet a brand on Google, in an ad or on social media. Because we also run SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads and websites, we design your identity with the rules of those channels in mind:
- Speed: your visual identity stays light. The mark is an SVG file, and we choose and load typefaces so they do not slow your pages down. Page speed is our specialty.
- Accessibility: we test color pairings against the WCAG 2.2 AA contrast standard, so text reads comfortably on every screen.
- Search and ads: we write your brand name, tagline and core message in the same voice as your search result titles and ad copy.
- Social media: your profile image stays recognizable inside a small circle, and we size post and ad templates to each platform.
With our brand identity design services, your new identity does not only look good on paper; it tells the same story in your ads, in search and on your site. To help customers find your site in search, see our SEO agency work.
Rebranding without losing recognition
Renewing an existing brand is different from building one from scratch. First, we find what has to stay: the color, symbol or name your customers already know. Sometimes a light touch is enough; sometimes a new identity is the right call. We make that decision together, with clear reasons.
During rebranding, we also plan for your search visibility. If your name or domain changes, we redirect old addresses to new ones, update your Google Business Profile and social media accounts on the same schedule and write the messages that announce the change.
Files and usage rights
At the end of the project, we hand over every source file: editable vector files (AI, SVG and PDF), PNG and SVG exports for web and social media, color codes, templates and the guide. We set out the transfer of usage rights in writing in your contract. We also clear the license of every typeface: open-license typefaces are free to use, and if a paid typeface is needed, it is licensed in your name. Every file we deliver stays with you, even if you stop working with us.
This site’s identity is our work
The closest example of our brand work is the site you are reading. We built Adzento’s identity around an idea taken from Japanese rock gardens (karesansui): simplicity, clarity and the right moment. Our mark is an ensō circle with a brass dot beside it. We set headings in Fraunces and body text in Instrument Sans; both are open-license typefaces. Our palette combines sumi ink black, washi paper white and a brass accent. The same rules work together on every page of this site, in the favicon and in our social sharing images.

Frequently asked questions
What do your brand identity design services include?
Positioning and message, naming support if you need it, the mark, colors, typefaces, visual language, guidelines and applications for your website, social media and print. Your quote lists exactly which parts are included.
What is the difference between a logo and a brand identity?
The mark is only one part. The identity also covers your colors, typography, visual language, tone of voice and the rules for using them on every channel. The mark introduces you; the identity system lets you tell the same story at every touchpoint.
How long does it take, and how is the fee set?
Both depend on the scope: the number of concepts, the rounds of revisions, the list of applications and whether naming or strategy work is included. Your written quote comes with a step-by-step timeline and shows exactly what is included. If the scope grows, we talk with you first.
Do you handle trademark registration?
You file the trademark with your attorney. We check name candidates for meaning, pronunciation and domain and social media handle availability, and we share our preliminary notes with you.
How do I get started?
Tell us where your brand stands today and what you want it to become, using the form below. We reply within 3 business days with our questions, then confirm the scope and send your quote. Asking for a quote does not commit you to anything, and it is the simplest way to see how our brand identity design services would work for your business.
