What a redesign does for your business
Your ads, your search results and your social posts all send people to one place: your website. If visitors find what they need quickly, they ask for a quote, call you or buy. If they don’t, they leave for a competitor. We redesign your site around that moment.
A good site does three jobs at once. It loads fast on every device, with a responsive layout that works as well on mobile as on a desktop. It tells visitors what you do on the first screen and shows them the next step. And it is easy for search engines and AI assistants to read. We plan all three from day one, because fixing them later costs more and takes longer.
You don’t just get a new look. A website redesign gives you a site you can measure and improve: from launch day, you see which pages bring visitors, which forms get filled in and where people drop off before a conversion.
Redesign or a new website?
We answer this question with you in the first meeting, before we scope any website redesign services. The answer depends on your current platform, your content and the search visibility your site has built over the years.
When a redesign is the right move
Your site gets traffic and some pages rank well on Google, but the design looks dated, it is slow on mobile or visitors struggle to reach your contact form. In that case, a website redesign is usually the smarter path. We keep the pages and URLs that work, rebuild the weak ones and plan the move to protect the value you have earned in search.
When to start from scratch
If you don’t have a site yet, if your business has changed a lot or if your platform is too old to make fast, we build a new one. A new brand, a new market or an expansion abroad is also a good moment to start fresh. Company websites, landing pages for one product or campaign and, where it fits, online stores are all part of this work.
What our website redesign services include
Every project uses the same building blocks. Your goal decides how much weight each one gets, and your quote for website redesign services lists each one.
Strategy and sitemap
We find out who is searching for what and what you need your site to do. We look at search data and draw a sitemap that shows which pages you need and how they link together.
User experience and copy
Before any design, we sketch the layout of each page as a wireframe. Headline, copy and call to action carry one message, so visitors always know what to do next. We can write the copy, or we can fit your own copy to the page.
Design
We build a design system in your brand colors, typefaces and components. Instead of a stock theme, you get an interface made for your business, and you approve it before we build. No visual identity yet? We can create one first.
Development
We turn the approved design into clean code that is easy to maintain. We add the features you need, such as quote forms, booking, multiple languages or payments.
Page speed and Core Web Vitals
Speed is our specialty. Core Web Vitals are Google’s measures of how fast a page loads, how quickly it responds and how stable it looks while loading. We measure them before launch and fix any page that falls short of the target. Fast pages are part of all our website redesign services, not an add-on.
Accessibility
We build to the WCAG 2.2 AA standard: enough color contrast, alt text on images, full keyboard use and respect for reduced-motion settings. That way, your site works for more people, including visitors with visual, hearing or motor impairments.
An SEO-ready structure
Heading order, meta tags, clean URLs, an XML sitemap, structured data and internal links are set up right from the start. The text of every page is in the first HTML response, so search engines and AI crawlers can read it easily. If you want to grow in search after launch, our SEO agency work builds on the same foundation.
Analytics and consent
Before launch, we set up Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager, track the actions that matter, such as form submissions and calls, and add cookie consent that meets GDPR. From day one, you can see which channel brings you customers and, for linked ad accounts, what each conversion costs.
Training and handover
After launch, we show your team how to add and update content, and we leave a short guide.
Protecting your rankings during the move
When you redesign a site or move it to a new platform, the biggest risk is losing the search visibility you have built. That is why our website redesign services include a migration plan from the first week. We have planned and checked site migrations for clients before.
Before the move, we list every URL on your old site, including the pages that bring traffic and the ones that have earned links. We build a 301 redirect map that points each old URL to its new home. On launch day, we test the redirects one by one. In the weeks that follow, we compare indexing, impressions and clicks in Search Console with your old numbers and fix any gap quickly. This plan is built into every website redesign we run.
How our website redesign services work
Every project runs through the same seven steps. Each step ends with something concrete in your hands, and we move to the next one with your approval. See how we work across every service.
- Analysis: We review your goals, your audience, your current site and your competitors, and we record your starting numbers.
- Sitemap and wireframes: We map the page structure and sketch the layout of each page.
- Design: We design the home page and sample inner pages for your approval.
- Development: We code the approved design and move your content to the new site.
- Testing: We check speed, accessibility, forms, analytics and how the site looks on different devices and browsers.
- Launch: We launch with your approval and confirm redirects and tracking on the live site.
- Aftercare: We watch the data in the first weeks and fix what needs fixing. If you like, we continue with maintenance and new features.
Technology, in plain words
We choose technology because it fits your business, not because it is in fashion. We ask three questions: Who updates the pages, and how often? How fast does the site need to be? Which systems does it need to talk to?
- Static site: Pages are built in advance and served from a global network of servers. That makes them very fast, secure and easy to maintain. This site is a static site built with Astro and served through Cloudflare.
- Content management system (CMS): If you want to edit text and images yourself, we set up a familiar editor such as WordPress, or we connect an editor that runs separately from the front end, called a headless CMS. With a headless setup, editing stays simple and the site stays fast.
- Online store: If you sell products, we recommend a platform such as Shopify or WooCommerce based on your needs, and we set up payments, shipping and legal pages with you.
Your site, your code, your accounts
Your domain, hosting, Google Analytics and Search Console accounts are opened in your name, and your source code, design files, texts and images are handed over to you. All of it stays yours. Even if we stop working together, you can hand your site to another team without friction. Changes to your website go live with your approval.
Who we work with
Our website redesign services are for businesses whose site no longer keeps up, for companies launching their first site and for brands expanding into new markets. If you have a marketing team, we work alongside it. We plan for the market you sell in, including its language and its rules, and we confirm which languages we cover in your quote.
Since 2016, we have worked with 34 businesses in 15 countries on search, ads, page speed and site migrations. Zirkonzahn, Bridge Champ, Wilio and GoodTime are among them. See where our clients are based.
Proof: the site you are reading
The closest example of our web work is this site. We built it to load fast, to work with a keyboard and to give search engines a clean structure on every page. Test its speed yourself in Google PageSpeed Insights (opens in a new tab).

Frequently asked questions
How much does a website redesign cost?
The fee depends on the number of pages, the features you need, the number of languages and who writes the text. After we understand your goal, we confirm the scope and the fee in a written quote that lists what is included. If the scope grows later, we talk to you first.
How long does a website redesign take?
It depends on the number of pages, whether your text and images are ready, the integrations you need and how quickly decisions are made. A single landing page takes far less time than a multilingual company site. Your quote includes a step-by-step timeline.
Will a redesign hurt my SEO?
Any redesign that changes your URLs carries risk. We manage it with a 301 redirect map, tests on launch day and a Search Console comparison in the weeks after.
How often should you redesign your website?
There is no fixed cycle. It is time when your site is slow on phones, hard to update, no longer matches your business or stops turning visitors into inquiries. Often, a refresh of key pages is enough.
Should I redesign or rebuild from scratch?
Redesign when your site has pages that rank and the platform can still be made fast. Rebuild when the platform holds you back or your business has changed. We decide with you, based on your data.
Can I update the site myself?
Yes. If you update pages often, we set up an easy editor. After launch, we show your team how to add text, images and pages, and we leave a short guide.
Do you offer maintenance after launch?
If you want it, yes. We agree on the scope and frequency of post-launch maintenance and development support in your quote.
How do I get started?
Send a quote request with your goal, your current site and the timeline you have in mind. We reply within 3 business days with the scope and a clear next step, and a request does not commit you to anything. Tell us where your site stands today, and we will show you what our website redesign services can do for it.
